On November 7, the solemn ceremony of opening “Mosaic” kindergarten in Salekhard was held. This is the last of the six children’s educational institutions built in the framework of the first public-private partnership project in Yamal. The project was included in the list of best PPP practices in the social sphere of Russia.
Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District Dmitry Kobylkin and City Head Ivan Kononenko attended the event.
Three-story building with a total area of almost 8 thousand square meters has everything for the organization of the educational process. Group cells are equipped with developing toys, interactive boards and multimedia systems. Computer classes, art studios and a private winter garden are also organized. When solving internal planning, a complex approach was used to organize group zones, which include a gaming room, a bedroom, a pantry, a dressing room, and a toilet room. This layout allows you to quickly adapt the room to any task, transform the internal space without the restructuring it.
In total, six children’s educational institutions were built in Salekhard, Novy Urengoy, Muravlenko, Tazovsky and Gorki within the framework of the PPP project. In addition to 1,500 places for children, new jobs have been created for teachers who come to work in Yamal from different cities of the Urals Federal District.
