The Russian Investment Forum will be held in the main media centre of the Olympic Park in Sochi on 27-28 February. The event brings together executives from large Russian and foreign companies, Russian governors, representatives of business and academia. On invitation of the organisers, the managing partner of RISE Capital Investment Group Sergey Romashov will talk at an industry session.
More than 4,000 people will participate in the forum this year. Heads of foreign companies from Austria, Afghanistan, UK, Germany, Kazakhstan, the USA, France, Switzerland and Japan have confirmed that they will attend the forum. The business programme includes more than 25 round table meetings and panel discussions, and a plenary session with the participation of Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The Prime Minister will also hold a meeting of the presidium of the President’s Council on strategic development and priority projects.
In a panel session organised jointly with the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Sergey Romashov will talk on the financing of infrastructure projects in the social and transport sector. The Group managing partner will talk about how PPP mechanisms, concession agreements and infrastructure bonds work, and share practical experience in the structuring and implementation of PPP projects.
Today RISE Capital is one of the largest private investment groups in Russia. The company is engaged in large-scale public-private partnership projects in Yakutia, Khabarovsk Krai and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District.
