USD 509 million road concession awarded in Chile
Official Gazette in Chile published a decree awarding the Route 5 Los Vilos-La Serena + Conurgación section road project in Coquimbo region to Sacyr Concesiones Chile SpA. The road has a total length of 245 km and contemplates the incorporation of tele-toll gates in the inter-city section.
Major Airport development tender in the Philippines
The provincial government of Cavite in the Philippines has opened the submission of bids for the implementation of the Sangley Point International Airport Project through a joint venture (JV) partnership scheme. The international air hub is to be pursued under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Code.
Colombia prepares concession of a lot of 5 airports
The National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) in Colombia has presented the status of the private initiative project to concession a package of 5 airports in the southwest region of Colombia. A project is a single concession for the Alfonso Bonilla Aragón de Palmira airports and Gerardo Tobar López de Buenaventura, along with Benito Salas de Neiva, Perales de Ibagué and El Eden of Armenia. The purpose of this project is to manage, adapt, build, expand, operate and maintain the airport infrastructure that serves these cities.
Major railway concession in Brazil granted
Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT) in Brazil has signed the Norte-Sul railway concession contract with the consortium of Ruma Logistics on July 30, 2019. The BRL2.72 billion (US$692 million) concession includes railway works from Porto Nacional (TO) to Estrela d'Oeste (SP), spanning 1,537 kilometers as well as the acquisition of rolling stock.

Financial close on major rail project in Australia
CIMIC Group companies, Pacific Partnerships, CPB Contractors, DIF Infrastructure V and UGL, as part of the Pulse consortium, have reached contractual close with the State of Queensland to deliver the Tunnel, Stations and Development PPP package of Cross River Rail project in Brisbane, Australia.
654 kilometers of expressway to be built in Vietnam
The expressway passes through 13 provinces and cities and consists of 11 sub-projects. Out of 11, three sub-projects will be funded by the state and other eight will be funded through BOT (Built-Operate-Transfer) PPP model.
